Ocean Medical International Ltd has been supplying medical kits & equipment, radio/telephone medical advice and crew medical training since 1993. Our medical kits can be found on many of the largest and most high profile yachts in the world, with a range of medical kits suitable for use on any size of craft from day-cruiser to super-yacht.

Our medical kits are manufactured in England & the USA, using UK & US licensed equipment and medications in English. The kits are produced under our guidance by an established UK company that has supplied medical goods to merchant vessels for many years and in the US by recognised pharmaceutical supply company.

The directors of Ocean Medical International are practicing doctors who teach the MCA & STCW 95 medical courses. Dr. David Irons MB ChB MRCGP is the designer of the OMI Medical Kit System; an intelligent, easy to use method to aid medical situations at sea or away from medical attention. Dr. Ian Marshall MB BS FRCGP FRACGP has many years experience as an MCA Approved Doctor. Both are experienced in emergency medical care, particularly in situations away from professional medical care.

Nicholas Stael von Holstein, our General Manager based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, is a licensed USCG & RYA Captain and experienced Medic First Aid Instructor.

Rebecca Castellano, our Sales Manager in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, is an experienced former nurse of more than 20 years. Formerly with the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, Rebecca is a life-long sailing enthusiast and is well known in the Florida yacht industry
